At Blooming Cakes, my specialty lies in edible floral fine art. I transform my delicious cakes into exquisite canvases that convey messages of love and celebration, all made possible with my beautiful (and very tasty!) floral creations. Throughout my career, countless intensive training workshops from worldwide cake artists and across my travels, I’ve come across a variety of unique and delicious edible mediums that I now utilize for my creations, some of which may pleasantly surprise you.
