Step 1:

Please fill out my tiered and specialty cake order form and allow 48h for us to get back to you.

Step 2:

If you would like a consultation and/or tasting (recommended), coordinate with us to pick the consultation and tasting option that works best for you and select a date for the consultation and/or tasting and pay the required fee. I will provide you with a quote for your order either after your consultation or after I receive your cake order form if I'm able to estimate your cake's cost from the information you have provided. If I need further information from you in order to provide an estimate, I will let you know.

Step 3:

Be prepared to work together with me on the cake design and provide important information such as: color pallet, design genre, any key elements you would like, etc.

Step 4:

If you haven't already, decide on your cake's flavor and notify me as soon as possible after your consultation.

Step 5:

Review your order, our terms and conditions of service, and cake contract. When you're ready to proceed, sign your contract and return it to me together with your Retainer to secure your order.

Step 6:

If applicable, pay any remaining amount for your cake order (your "Final Payment") ten days before your cake's delivery/pickup date.

Step 7:

Relax and be at peace! Your cake order has been placed, and we will be working hard to ensure it is as perfect as possible for your special day!

Step 8:

For wedding cakes, you can follow up with us 1-year after your cake's delivery/pickup date for a small anniversary cake (complimentary) in the same flavor as your ordered cake!

Price Point

My tiered cakes (e.g., wedding cakes, etc.) start at $15/serving for cakes with simple, clean buttercream decorations, with the minimum order for tiered cakes being $800. Elaborate decorations (e.g., wafer paper flowers, buttercream floral arrangements, fondant decorations and figurines, etc.) incur an additional fee.

I offer vegan, dairy and gluten friendly options for all my cakes. These options have a 30% surcharge to allow me extra time to prepare my facility for allergen sensitive production and cover the higher cost of ingredients. 

Order Timing

I take every detail of your dream cake seriously and will precisely make your design to the best of my ability. Understanding that flower decorations and figurines can take days to weeks to craft, the farther in advance you can place your order, the better. My schedule generally fills up about a month in advance, and orders placed less than 14 days in advance of their delivery date will incur a rush fee.
